Adequate exercise can prevent unnecessary loss of fitness, complications and delayed recovery. However, exercise in the hospital is often not attractive, hallways are boring and there is little to experience. Therefore, it is important to create opportunities that motivate patients. Games make exercise both fun and motivating. Offering games that encourage movement through Mixed Reality (MR) adds to the experience.
