Mixed Reality in the Hematology Department – ​​evaluation of 2 hospitals

Exercise during hospitalization is important for patients. Sufficient exercise can prevent unnecessary loss of condition, complications and delayed recovery. However, moving in the hospital is often not attractive, corridors are boring and there is little to do. That is why it is important to create opportunities that are motivating for patients. Games make exercise fun and motivating. Offering games that stimulate exercise via Mixed Reality (MR) contributes to the experience. This article evaluates the use of MR exercise games in the Hematology Department of two hospitals.
